Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

When you submit content to us through the contact form or other means ("Submissions"), you grant Skematic NYC LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your Submissions for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and managing our relationship with you. You represent and warrant that you have the right to share each Submission. Do not submit confidential information through the contact form that you do not want disclosed.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SKEMATIC NYC LLC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
